Application Process

Resident Life

  • ACH and Debit/Credit Card payments are preferred thru our resident portal, Henri, but we also accept checks at the leasing office.

  • Yes, renters insurance is required. There is a $25/month noncompliance fee if we do not have current renters insurance on file.

  • After hours lockouts are available by calling the after hours emergency number 206.973.1983

  • Maintenance requests can be submitted thru our resident portal, Henri.

  • Maintenance is available on-site Monday to Friday and for after hour emergencies.

  • Guests are allowed but must abide by all property rule and regulations. Tenant is responsible for all guests.

  • Water, sewer, and trash are metered in individual apartments by Tacoma Power and paid through our resident portal.

  • Yes, we have separate chutes for recycling and for garbage.

  • Yes, storage units are available for rent.
